You also have a stroke guide built-in to the mat and target area on putting mat to improve distance Control and to add more fun to practice.

Size of putting mat is 300 cm x 50 cm. Also included with putting mat is a training book with exercises and games, 6 movable slope wedges. You can vary speeds from 8 to 12.5 on Stimp meter.
