The best way to improve your shotmaking is to have a consistent alignment and set up to the ball. If you have problems with your alignments, the body must do a lot of things to compensate mis-alignment and that will rob you of a lot of distance and direction. With this alignment mat you have control over your take-away, feet alignment and clubface alignment.

The Alignment mat is in the front of the picture, it is used on a bigger golf mat and that bigger mat is not included in this product.
